TCCS Publicity Form (photo release)

This form authorizes participation in interviews, the use of quotes, and the taking of photographs, movies or video tapes of your child by TCCS, TC, its affiliates and successors, and grants the right to edit, use, and reuse said products for nonprofit purposes including use in print, on the internet, and all other forms of media.

School Meals Form

All Parents, regardless of income must complete a School Meals Form so that our school gets access to federal funding for this program.  

Dismissal Request Form

Please complete the Dismissal Request Form and submit to the main office so the school staff knows who is authorized to pick up your child.
